Booking is simple. Browse our available trips, select your preferred package, choose your travel dates, and complete the checkout process. After payment confirmation, you will receive a booking confirmation email with all trip details.

Yes. Once your payment is successfully processed, your booking is confirmed instantly. You will receive a confirmation email containing your itinerary, payment receipt, and further instructions.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the trip package. Generally:

  • More than 30 days before travel: Partial refund may apply
  • 15–30 days before travel: Cancellation charges apply
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund may be available

Child pricing depends on:

  • Age of the child

  • Type of accommodation (extra bed or sharing with parents)

  • Airline and hotel policies

Some packages offer discounted rates for children under a certain age, while infants may travel at no cost (excluding flights and permits). Please contact us with the child’s age for accurate pricing.

For international trips, you typically need:

  • A valid passport (with at least 6 months validity)

  • Required visa 

  • Travel insurance (if required)

  • Hotel Booking
  • Any destination-specific health documents

Yes, modifications such as date changes or traveler details may be possible depending on availability and timing. Change fees or fare differences may apply. Contact our support team as early as possible for assistance.

International flights are not included in any packages. Some domestic transfers may be included depending on the itinerary. Please check the “Inclusions” section of the trip details.
